Do I need a buyer before I contact you?

Yes. ClearDrive is an escrow and facilitation service, not a car buyer — we don’t purchase vehicles or source buyers for you. Once you have someone ready to buy, we handle everything from there: documents, escrow, loan clearance, and the RTA transfer.

Is my money actually safe?

Yes. Funds are held by TrustIn, an ADGM-regulated, FSRA-licensed escrow platform — not by ClearDrive. We never have access to the buyer’s funds. Money only moves once every condition of the deal is verified.

What if the buyer doesn’t pay?

Then the deal simply doesn’t proceed — you owe nothing and your car remains yours. No fee is charged unless the transaction completes.

How fast does this actually happen?

Once documents are signed and the buyer transfers funds into escrow, your loan is typically cleared the same day. RTA transfer and your final payout follow shortly after, usually within 24–48 hours total.

Do I pay anything upfront?

No. There is zero upfront cost. Our fee is deducted automatically from escrow only once your loan is cleared and the deal completes.

What documents do I need?

Just your Emirates ID, your Mulkiya (vehicle registration), and your loan account details from your bank. We handle everything else and prepare all paperwork for you to sign digitally.
